Log in now. As a ProAdvisor, you have the option to customize and publish a profile on our Find-a-ProAdvisor website. Setting up and publishing a profile allows you to market yourself to small businesses who are looking for a QuickBooks expert in their area. Your Find-a-ProAdvisor profile will also be included in the results of search engine sites like Google and Bing.
Please allow these sites several weeks to reflect your newly published profile or any changes made to your profile. Intuit has no control of when your changes will reflect on these sites. Intuit offers priority phone support to Platinum and Elite members by directly routing to a team of QuickBooks Online experts to deal with advanced product queries. Gold and Platinum members are eligible to access free implementation services to help identify which clients are a fit for QuickBooks Online.
Firms must have a minimum of 5 clients to migrate at one time to take advantage of our implementation services. The team aims to acknowledge the implementation services requests within three business days and will work with you to schedule the provision of the Implementation Team at a mutually agreed convenient time subject to availability of Intuit personnel.
Migration of data is subject to a suitability assessment by Intuit. Elite members will have access through the QuickBooks Online Accountant — ProAdvisor tab to schedule an appointment at their own convenience with our most experienced support agents during the hours of operation 12pm — 5pm EST Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
All call backs will be made as close to the scheduled time, give or take 15 minutes. Members may have no more than one 1 session reserved at any given time. After the completion of your session, you may schedule your next. Sessions are offered in and minute increments and include up to 5 to 10 minutes to prepare and wrap up the session. Two attempts will be made to contact within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled call back; if there is no contact made the session may result in its cancellation or rescheduling.

Intuit QuickBooks experts lead the advanced training courses, following which you must pass an additional exam. Here are the three simple steps that will set you up as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and put you on the path to greater success and more clients. Signing up and creating your profile is free. This process takes just a few minutes, after which you can proceed directly to the ProAdvisor training and exam.
Once you sign up, you can access the ProAdvisor training courses and the exam portal. To begin the training, go to the ProAdvisor link found in a menu on the left of the QB Accountant page and click on the Training tab. Here you will find courses for all of the QuickBooks products to prepare you for the certifications exams. The QuickBooks Online Accountant Basic course consists of seven learning modules, which can be completed in about six and a half hours.
You do not have to complete all the modules in one session. The system saves where you end a session, and you can pick up where you left off later. If you are comfortable with the basics of QuickBooks Online, you may jump to the advanced certification course. The QuickBooks Online Accountant Advanced course contains ten modules and can be completed in about eight hours.
While preparing for the certification exam, you can also earn CPE Continuing Professional Education credits, which apply to maintaining your accountancy certification. The Advanced certification earns 13 CPE credits.
Keeping proper financial records is time-intensive and small mistakes can be costly. To pass the exam, you will need a basic understanding of general accounting principles as well as knowledge of the QuickBooks Online Accountant system. The training course prepares you in both of these regards. The training course is not mandatory, however. If you already possess the requisite knowledge, you can proceed directly to the test and receive your certification.
You can access the QuickBooks system and reference your notes as you take the exam. During the exam, you can review your answers for a particular section before confirming the submission.
